澳門圖書館新館規劃

1. 功能 Functions

綜合館, 老幼咸宜, 各式祈適 General, for all age groups, all media types

- 辦公室, 除少數必要者, (如空間緊張, )可考慮將後台工作設他處 back office can be allocated in other location if space not sufficient
- 蔵書庫, 修複, 縮微, 掃描等, 如空間緊張, 可設他處 archival, preservation, microfilming, digitizing shall be allocated in other location if space not sufficient
- 特殊格式蔵品, 如物件, 超大書, 地圖, 海報等, 如空間緊張, 可考慮設他處 special collection area shall be allocated in other location if space not sufficient
- 空間緊張, 可放棄不設演講廳 do not install the lecture hall if space not allow
- 空間緊張, 古籍可置他館 rare books can be stored in other libraries if space not allow
- 空間緊張, 可放棄不設語言學習室 do not install language learning facilities if space not allow
- 空間緊張, 可放棄不設展覽廳 do not install exhibition hall if space not allow

2. 收藏範圍 Collection

收蔵包括所有媒體, 縮微盡可能用電腦看, 特殊格式及地圖盡可能用電腦看。多增加英文書。 All media. Microfilms shall be view through computers if possible, special format media like maps shall be view with computer if possible, acquire more English books.

- 參考 (需大量擴充, 尤其是大學沒開設的科目) references (need big extension, especially subjects not included by local universities)
- 指定主題的數碼檔案 digital archive of selected subjects (Internet, TV, Radio, Scanned images, Scanned Photos)
- 外借書 lending books
- 現行及過期報紙及期刊 newspaper and serials (current and back issues)
- 澳門資料及口述歷史 Macau collection and oral history

3. 空間 Space

圖書館應成為公共空間, 建築以增強交流, 體現公平為主。盡可能陳設若干雕塑。 Library should be build as a public space, encourage dialogs and interaction, FAIR throughout the library.
無障礙通道盡可能與常人通道相同。各室均設特殊座位。館內指示系統採用中葡英三種語文。Only one passage if possible. reserved seats in all rooms. Signs in Chinese, Portugese, and English
館內是否需設電話死角? 各室需有談電話角落。 Does it suitable to ban mobile phone in certain area? Need space for phone in all rooms.
無線網絡最好可先規劃，如能將訊號局限在小範圍最好。 Plan for radio networks, may need to shield signals into small cells
網絡和多媒體在所有座位提供, 不設專用的電腦區, 電腦分布在館內各處。networks and multimedia function for all seats, no computer zone
館內多設販物機和飲水機。多設洗手間。install vending machines and drinking water
座位盡可能散開,分佈各處, 惟要便利館員監察, 多設監視器及對話系統。spread the seats, setup cctv for monitoring, system for communication
自助儲物柜之多寡需視館規而定。numbers of self-service lockers depending on library policy
