This site is to promote the exercise the copyright rights, i.e., the private use and fair use.

Librarians should backup the copyright laws, it is also their responsability to fight for individual's rights to exercise their fair use and private use rights if law permits.

I am no expert of copyright law. I am reading and want to learn from you.
